Certified Roofers came to Porter Media to put a face and a story behind their name. On an ongoing retainer, we produce short-form video and photography that humanizes the company and compounds into real local authority over time.
The Challenge
Roofing is high-consideration and high-trust. A logo and a phone number are not enough. Homeowners want to see who is climbing on their roof and why they should believe in the work.
Our Approach
We built an ongoing content rhythm anchored by a brand origin-story film and recurring short-form video, supported by professional photography. Over time it has compounded into real local authority: customers and community members now recognize Kyle from the videos and see him as the local roofing expert. People call in saying they feel like they have known Kyle for a long time before they have ever actually met him. That is exactly what authority and trust look like.
